The Next3 boasts the following features: 
- The ‘Smart Control’ function in ‘Tariff-based’ mode enables automatic battery charging from the grid at an electricity price set by you.
- AC-Flex connections that can be configured in a variety of ways for input power sources or for loads, including electric vehicles.
- 2 x 900 V high-voltage MPPT PV inputs, each with a capacity of 8 kW.
- Compatible with all battery types: e.g. LiFePo, Pb, salt and alkaline batteries.
- Integration of third-party PV or other power generation systems.
- UPS function for continuous full power supply (off-grid operation).
- Surplus power feed-in and/or use within the home.
- Phase balancing when feeding into the grid.
- Can be connected in parallel for easy expansion.
