BT-NLC-Power Pack
24 kWh*, 24-Volt-power-pack
* The specified capacity refers to the recommended usage of 50 % for maximum lifespan. Up to 80 % usage is possible.
The cells have a closed, salt-resistant housing. Maintenance-free and usable in any location.
The C-rate indicates the usable capacity in a 1-hour discharge time.
(For your information: Most manufacturers specify the capacity at C100 to present the largest possible battery. We specify the discharge time in our product name as C10 because it is more realistic for solar applications.)
Applications
- Home energy storage systems for UPS, solar, and wind
- Mobile applications: motorhomes, boats, utility vehicles, etc.
- Smart grids, grid stabilization, and microgrid systems
Accessories
- Bridge cables for connecting the individual cells
- Operating instructions (in German)
Payment Information
When paying in advance, if delivery times exceed 14 days, only a 30 % deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 7 working days before delivery.
Outside the recommended settings and values, performance and lifespan will be reduced.
Discharge Characteristics at 25 °C

Number of Cycles Based on Depth of Discharge

It is evident that the 2-Volt NLC cell achieves 4800 cycles at a 50 % depth of discharge. Even at 70 % utilization, it still reaches 4300 cycles. This is remarkable compared to conventional lead-acid batteries.
Comparable (but more expensive) OpzV (VR L) branded batteries only achieve 3000 cycles at 50% usage and, due to their calendar lifespan, are dead in eleven years!
The slightly cheaper OpzS (V L) batteries only reach 2900 cycles at 50 %. The special feature of NLC technology is that the new lead-carbon technology achieves a 4-fold slower sulfation!
