SinusMax – Cutting-Edge Technology:
The Phoenix inverter series was developed for commercial use and is suitable for a wide range of applications. The design focused uncompromisingly on providing an inverter with a clean sine wave output and high efficiency. By using the latest hybrid high-frequency (HF) technology, Victron was able to create a quality product with compact dimensions and low weight, capable of delivering any required power with ease.
Highest Start-Up Power
A key feature of SinusMax technology is the exceptionally high start-up power. This is not possible with conventional HF technology. Phoenix inverters can handle high inrush currents, for example from refrigeration compressors, power tools, and similar devices.
Virtually Unlimited Power via Parallel and Three-Phase Operation
Up to six inverter units can be connected in parallel to increase output power. For example, six 24/5000 units can deliver 24kW / 30kVA. Three-phase operation is also possible.
Automatic Transfer to Other AC Sources
For lower power applications, we recommend the Filax Automatic Transfer Switch. This allows computers and other sensitive electronic devices to continue operating almost without interruption, as the switching time is very short (under 20 milliseconds).
Computer Interfaces
All models feature an RS-485 port. You only need our MK2 interface (see accessories). This interface provides galvanic isolation between the inverter and the computer and converts RS-485 to RS-232. An RS-232 to USB conversion cable is also available. With our VEConfigure software, which can be downloaded for free from our website www.victronenergy.com, the inverters can be customized as needed. This includes output voltage and frequency, upper and lower voltage limits, and relay programming. The relay can, for example, be used to generate signals in special situations or to start a generator. The inverters can also be integrated into VENet, Victron Energy’s innovative power monitoring network, or other computer-based control and monitoring systems.
