Ultra-Fast Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT)
Especially under cloudy conditions when light intensity changes constantly, an extremely fast MPPT controller increases energy yield by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.
Advanced Maximum Power Point Detection under Partial Shading
In case of partial shading, two or more maximum power points (MPPs) can appear on the current-voltage curve. Conventional MPPT controllers tend to lock onto a local MPP, which may not be the optimal one. The innovative BlueSolar algorithm always maximizes energy harvest by tracking the optimal MPP.
Excellent Efficiency
No cooling fan required. Maximum efficiency exceeds 98%.
Flexible Charging Algorithms
Fully programmable charging algorithm (see the software section on our website), as well as eight pre-programmed algorithms selectable via a rotary switch (see the manual for details).
Comprehensive Electronic Protection
Over-temperature protection with load reduction at high temperatures. Protection against PV short-circuit and reverse polarity. PV reverse current protection.
Internal Temperature Sensor
Compensates the constant and float charge voltages according to temperature.
