This tool enables communication between the BMS, Lithium Battery Management System, and products of the Xtender/VarioTrack/VarioString family. The list of approved battery manufacturers is available upon request from Studer Innotec.
With the Xcom-CAN, it is also possible to interact with other CAN-BUS devices (PC, programmable controller, microprocessor) and all Xtender/Vario products via a proprietary protocol. For example, a system can be controlled through SCADA, providing access to system data, parameter settings, and stored log data.
