FUNCTIONS OF THE XCOM-485i

The Xcom-485i module allows a Studer Xtender/Vario system to interact with a third-party device (SCADA system, PLC, etc.) via Modbus RTU over RS-485. The technical specification of this protocol is available on the Studer website. Using this protocol, the third-party device can read and write data, receive messages, and fully control the Xtender/Vario system.
