One of the most important pieces of information for the safe and efficient operation of a power supply system with batteries is their state of charge. With the BSP, a system is available for use with all Xtender, VarioTrack, and VarioString devices, which continuously calculates the exact state of charge through extremely precise measurement and an efficient algorithm.
Display, data logging, graphical state-of-charge history, and settings are carried out via the remote control RCC-02/03. Various BSP values can also be used for programming the Xtender, VarioTrack, and VarioString systems. A total of 17 different measurement values can be displayed, for example:
- State of charge
- Voltage
- Current
- Remaining time
- Energy meter
- Battery temperature
- The BSP units are suitable for battery voltages of 12, 24, and 48 V and are equipped with a shunt for current measurement.
Two BSP models are available:
BSP 500 (with 500 A shunt)
BSP 1200 (with 1200 A shunt)

Length of connection cables to battery: 2 m
Supplied with corresponding 500 A or 1200 A shunt and 5 m communication cable.
