One of the most important pieces of information for the safe and efficient operation of a power supply system with batteries is their state of charge. The BSP provides a system for use with all Xtender, VarioTrack, and VarioString devices which calculates the exact state of charge at all times through an extremely precise measurement and an efficient algorithm.
Displays, data logging, graphical charge state history, and settings are managed via the remote control RCC-02/03. Various BSP values can also be included in the programming of the Xtender, VarioTrack, and VarioString systems. Seventeen different measurements can be displayed, for example:
- State of charge
- Voltage
- Current
- Remaining time
- Energy counter
- Battery temperature
- The BSPs are suitable for battery voltages of 12, 24, and 48 V and are equipped with a shunt for current measurement.
Two BSP models are available:
BSP 500 (with 500 A shunt)
BSP 1200 (with 1200 A shunt)
